Dave Crossen

Dave Crossen is SVP of Human Resources at NBC Universal where he provides HR leadership for several business units across the TV & Streaming division. He has worked at NBCU since 2003 in a number of HR leadership roles, and his background includes work at Lloyds Bank (UK) and over 15 years working at General Electric in the UK and US.

Dave joined the Step Up board in 2022 and is excited about the prospect of making a difference in the lives of those in need, particularly people facing risk with housing, food insecurity, and poverty. Dave has an Economics degree from the University of Manchester (UK) and serves on the board of their US Alumni Foundation.

He will bring his experience and expertise in managing projects and all elements of Human Resources to support the work of the staff and board at Step Up and to help the organization grow its influence.
