We get to hear firsthand how we directly impact the lives of people in our community here in Bronx, NYC.

Ms. JC is a Bronx resident and has been a client of SUBL since 2019. She has received an ample variety of services from SUBL staff, but mainly she has been assisted with housing advocacy regarding apartment repairs, and she has received Western Beef food pantry gift cards to help with food insecurities. Ms. JC appreciates the SUBL team because whenever she needs assistance, her CM is always available to provide her with the requested information.

“I keep coming back to SUBL because the staff is really nice, they’re always willing to help me, they give me gift cards to help me buy food, and they take me out to places like Broadway plays.” – J.C.
