Alison Higgins

Alison Higgins has been working at Barclays for over 13 years and is now a Managing Director in their Compliance Department. 

In her time at Barclays, she has also spent time in their legal department and has worked both in their London and New York offices.    

Since graduating college, she has lived in several cities. She has been pained to see that, despite the wealth and resources in those cities, there remained significant problems of homelessness and food insecurity.

She wants to be part of long-term, sustainable solutions to these problems and is excited to support Step Up’s ambitious and inspiring mission and strategy.
